2005-04-02 - 8:58 p.m. Today at lunch my mother was telling me about this story she heard on NPR yesterday about how maple trees are exploding from sap pressure. AND SHE BELIEVED IT. "I had no idea Uncle Bill (a sugarmaker in VT) was in such danger! Why didn't Auntie Val ever TELL me that it was so dangerous???" *sigh* You've gotta freakin' listen to the story.
