So I put up a letter on my upstairs neighbor's door yesterday telling him that whatever he was doing to cut down on the noise wasn't working.

He came down a few hours later rather bashful - I think he knew all along he hadn't done jack shit. So, he said he just wouldn't use his stereo when I was home. I feebly protested, that surely there was something else, but he said no, his speakers were already in the air, etc. That he knew the apartment building was built for shit since he could hear Chris in M-5 walking around, etc. He even mentioned looking for another apartment, a basement one where he wouldn't bother anyone.

All in all I don't think he's a shithead...but his noisy bedroom fan was on last night. GRRRRRR
