ARRRRGH! Why is Auntie Val trying to coordinate Granny's hospital visits when she (AV) lives in Vermont? Leave it to Mom and me. You moved away, sweetie...I don't need to hear "sorry I can't do more from up here." Just shutup and let the people who are here deal. Same way with how Karen always tries to plan everything from California and how Jennie is offended when we don't invite her (she lives in Phoenix) to family parties.

I'm trying hard to think of the end result here - getting Granny to visit Emile - but it's hard to deal with people not believing me when I say I will ensure that Granny gets where she needs to be. Sheesh!

And now to bed so I can flex tomorrow and leave at 4 to get her.
