2004-08-26 - 8:52 p.m.

I'm pretty sure that August 26, 1989, was my first day of college. My life changed that day.

I met my friends Rob and Joy. Then later, Jenny, Michael Bleyhl, Steven, and DJ.

I got my first computer and started learning how to use it. This led to my getting a job at the computer help desk, which led to my writing technical documentation, which led to my current job when I had to drop out and come home.

Using the computer let me join Words-L which I am still on to this day. Listowner, in fact.

Joining Words-L led me to go to Falcon Ridge in 1997. I would have gone in 1996, but Rob (see above) was having a party the same day in NYC and I chose to go to that instead.

Going to FRFF '97 exposed me to the music of Moxy Fruvous. My life changed again that day.

Getting into Fruvous led me to meet most you reading this. From Fruvous I found The Nields, The Kennedys, Jane Siberry, and tons of other people.

And here I am!
