Thank God this week is over. It's been a tough one.

Granny's back at the nursing home and they're playing with her pain meds. Faugh.

Dad finally went back to California.

My chair at work is still broken and I am still awaiting a new base from the manufacturer that would "go right out" on Monday.

The worldwide support training will be over tomorrow, which means an office back to normal Monday.

I managed to exercise 3 times this week - Monday, Wednesday, and tonight. Tonight I was back up to 96, 97, 98 RPM, with a few extended cycles over 100. It was immensely reassuring.

Tomorrow I'm going out to dinner with Kate, Nikki, Kevin, and Cheryl at the Somers Inn. Should be nice. Then we're going back to Kate's apartment for a movie.
