2005-01-03 - 8:10 p.m. Being off from work these past two weeks and having bought a new TV, I have been watching daytime TV. I like The Daily Buzz on The WB but our local affiliate is bizarre. All the commercials are either for weight-loss products, debt counseling services, child support payment enforcement agencies, and get-rich-quick schemes. Just what kind of audience does the station think it has? I am offended! ========== I thought the Earthsea adaptation on Sci Fi was a good effort...but I remember there being a lot of detail in those books and the TV show just seemed to jump around and around.
